Your Contribution:
Composing clear, concise, grammatically immaculate, and sympathetic written responses to resolve client issues effectively and properly.
Prioritizing and managing several concurrent chat sessions or a huge queue of emails while carefully following specified service level agreements (SLAs).
Mastering the use of our internal CRM and ticketing systems
to accurately log and track all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Identifying and escalating complex issues or trends to the relevant internal teams
Experience: 4 to 7 yrs
