Professionally handle a large number of incoming or outgoing calls while adhering to quality standards and predefined scripts. Actively listen to client complaints, identify problems, offer precise fixes, or forward complicated instances to the relevant department. During and after every call, accurately update customer records and interaction details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Establish a good rapport with consumers to increase their pleasure and loyalty while maintaining a great brand image throughout all interactions. Achieve or surpass Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) such Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, First Call Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT).
