Responsibilities:
Respond to a large number of incoming and/or outgoing consumer calls in a timely, professional manner.
Resolve problems efficiently and sympathetically, comprehend client questions, and give correct information.
Use knowledge
bases and CRM systems to find and retrieve pertinent information.
Reach or surpass the KPIs for customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and call handling time.
Even in difficult situations, always act professionally and with a pleasant attitude.
Qualification:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good typing and basic computer navigation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult situations.
A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
Education: Any Basic Graduation
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
