A job in Global HR Administration as an HR Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes finding applicants, doing preliminary screenings, and setting up department head interviews.
Employee Onboarding: Ensure that all paperwork is completed and that new personnel are assimilated into the business culture by facilitating a smooth orientation experience.
paycheck and Benefits Administration: Help with administering employee benefits like health insurance and leave policies, monitoring attendance, and processing monthly paycheck.
Performance Management: Organize yearly performance reviews, assist managers in establishing KPIs, and monitor staff development initiatives.
Employee relations: Provide a point of contact for questions
and complaints from staff members; plan engagement events to increase retention and morale.
Compliance & Labor Laws: Verify that the company complies with all applicable labor laws, including those pertaining to PF, ESI, and worker safety.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
