We are hiring a service tech that has construction / handyman experience. We do commercial service work for restaurants though-out Texas. Some of the jobs we perform are listed below. You don’t have to be experienced in all of the fields mentioned but the more the better. Must have a good working truck and your own tools. A car or suv will not work. Must be absolutely drug and alcohol free. Must speak English. This is a 1099 position and pays every two weeks. We have plenty of work and provide a great working environment. Must be willing to work in Austin , San Antonio, Waco and all cities in between.
• Remodel
• Sheetrock
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Wood rot repair
• Door troubleshoot
• Ceiling tiles
• Exterior building maintenance
The pay is as follows:
1st month $ 22 hr And $ 200 bonus (new hire)
2nd
month $ 24hr And $ 400 bonus
3rd month $ 26 hr And $ 500 bonus
6th month $30 hr And & 1,000 bonus
1 year mark $ 40 hr And $ 2,500 Bonus (top level craftsmen)
We have a second bonus program that goes as follows:
For every day worked you will receive points
For every job completed with good review = points
End of the month with no issue = points
You will be able to turn in your points for things like
○ Gas cards
○ Gift cards
○ Tools
Vacation packets and more / will go over all benefits during interview
