Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics for efficient order processing.
Implement inventory management practices to avoid shortages and excess stock.
Develop strategies to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment associates, providing guidance and feedback.
Use data to monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Implement
process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Resolve issues related to order fulfillment and inventory discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth communication and coordination.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for process innovation.
