Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to drive company growth.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & incentives)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email, networking, or other channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Present and pitch company products/services
to potential clients
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
Ability to handle client objections and build rapport
Good presentation skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development preferred
