Who You Are:
Office Management: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including all correspondence, file organisation, supply stocking, and facility upkeep.
Scheduling and Coordination: You will be the person in charge of scheduling meetings, keeping track of calendars, and making travel arrangements to make sure that everyone is present when they are supposed to be.
Reporting and Documentation: You will be in charge of important documents, presentations, and
reports, making sure that all data is correct, arranged, and easily available.
Proactive Support: You will foresee the requirements of your team and leadership, intervening to resolve issues before they emerge and guaranteeing smooth operations.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
