Job Description
Who you are:
Keep an eye on the daily maintenance of the office space, making sure that all energy, water, and internet services and infrastructure are operating at peak efficiency. Find and maintain connections with outside suppliers for catering, housekeeping, security, and office supplies; negotiate contracts to guarantee cost-effectiveness. Keep an eye on the reception area, making sure that incoming calls, mail, and visitors are handled professionally to make a good first impression. To avoid loss or damage, keep an accurate inventory of office supplies and conduct routine audits. Coordinate all aspects of travel and hospitality, including reservations for hotels, flights,
and local transportation for staff members and guests. Maintain vital company records and filing systems; make sure the office complies with local labor laws, fire safety standards, and health requirements.
