We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Admin Executive to manage daily administrative and office support tasks in a full-time, permanent role based in Chennai. The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in office administration and hold a minimum qualification of any degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent). Responsibilities include managing front desk activities, handling
calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, assisting HR or accounts teams, and ensuring smooth office operations. Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, time management, and multitasking skills are essential. The role offers a 5 or 6-day work week (depending on the company), with benefits like PF, ESI, paid leaves, and a professional work environment. Salary will be based on experience and skills.
