Job Description:
Admin & Payroll Executive 1 to 2 Years Experience | MBA | T. Nagar, Chennai
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience: 1 to 2 years in Admin and/or Payroll functions
Qualification:
Education: MBA (HR/Finance preferred) or any postgraduate degree with relevant experience
Additional Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), payroll software knowledge (GreytHR, Zoho, etc.) preferred
Salary:
18,000 25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Benefits: PF, ESI, Performance Incentives (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Collect and verify attendance, leaves, and timesheets
Process monthly payroll using Excel
or payroll software
Ensure timely payment of salaries and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS)
Prepare salary slips and resolve payroll-related queries
Admin Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling, document collection)
Support onboarding/offboarding documentation
Coordinate with finance and HR teams for compliance and audits
Key Skills:
Payroll processing & statutory compliance
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)
Tactful communication & organizational skills
Administrative coordination
