Keep the reception area neat
and presentable by managing it.
Oversee the setup, catering, and venue reservations for business gatherings, seminars, and meetings.
Receive and process administrative service vendor invoices before sending them for payment.
When necessary, help with creating meeting agendas and taking minutes.
