Job Description
The Admin Executive will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient office management. This role involves handling diverse tasks, from coordinating schedules and managing correspondence to supporting various departmental needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee and plan daily office operations to guarantee efficacy and efficiency.
Prioritise and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including as mail, phone calls, and emails.
Arrange and plan appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Keep
your digital and physical filing systems organised.
Obtain and oversee office equipment and supplies.
Skills:
Outstanding time-management and organising abilities.
strong communication skills both in writing and speaking.
knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
the capacity to discreetly handle private information.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
