Job Description
Who you are:
Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the office space, including housekeeping, repairs, and making sure all office equipment is operational. Find and work with outside suppliers of stationery, pantry supplies, and AMC; bargain over prices to guarantee affordability. Take care of incoming phones and couriers, oversee the reception area, and plan travel and lodging for executives or clients who are in town. Help HR set up seats, provide ID cards and access badges, and make sure new hires' workstations are prepared. Keep thorough records of the facility's asset registrations, legal paperwork, and administrative
costs. Make sure that fire safety equipment is routinely examined and complies with local laws, and that security procedures are followed.
