Keep both physical and electronic filing systems organised and systematic in
accordance with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
Respond quickly to internal administrative enquiries and forward complicated operational problems to the relevant manager.
For management review, create regular reports and summaries that include daily processing volumes, mistake rates, and other operational indicators.
