Job Description
Primary Task: To manage office operations, offer full administrative support, and make sure that everyday tasks are completed smoothly and effectively in order to create a productive and happy work environment for all of our employees and guests in our Chennai office.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities of the office, making sure it is tidy, well-organised, and presents a professional image.
Verify that every piece of office equipment is in good operating order.
Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, guests, and staff, giving a cordial and expert greeting.
Help in the creation of reports, presentations, and other formal papers.
/>When necessary, record meeting minutes and make sure they are distributed on schedule.
Analyse travel spending reports and make sure that company travel regulations are followed.
Required Abilities:
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proactive, resourceful, and a problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
Customer-service oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
