Job Description
For our team in Chennai, we are looking for a very well-organised, proactive, and adaptable administrative executive. You will serve as the foundation of our office operations, handling daily administrative duties, making sure that everything runs smoothly, and helping to create a productive and happy work environment for all of the staff. Strong communication skills, a painstaking attention to detail, and outstanding organisational ability are required for this position.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall maintenance, order, and cleanliness of the Chennai office space to guarantee a polished and comfortable working environment.
Answer incoming phone calls, route them to the
right person, or take precise messages.
Keep thorough records, oversee petty cash transactions, and create expense reports that may be submitted and reconciled.
Help HR with routine administrative duties as required, such scheduling interviews or keeping track of attendance.
Maintain the privacy and security of sensitive data.
Skills:
fundamental knowledge of expense management or bookkeeping.
expertise in managing contracts and negotiating with vendors.
knowledge of HR administrative procedures.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 3+ yrs
