For our office to run smoothly and effectively, you will be in charge of providing full administrative and operational support. Strong multitasking abilities, office software expertise, outstanding organisational abilities, and good communication are necessary for this position in order to serve many departments and team members. A trustworthy person with an upbeat outlook and an excellent attention to detail will be the ideal applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and make sure the workspace is tidy and orderly.
Oversee the reception area to keep it neat and inviting.
Oversee travel schedules and make sure company travels run
well.
Help in planning team meetings, workshops, and business events.
Make sure sensitive information is handled appropriately and with confidentiality.
Handle vendor invoices and work with the accounting department to ensure that payments are made on schedule.
What you Need:
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: Freshers
