Job Description
Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and offboarding, tailored to the local context in Chennai.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, source candidates through various channels relevant to the Chennai market, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process.
Onboarding & Induction: Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture and ensure a smooth transition, considering local customs and regulations.
Performance Management: Implement and administer performance appraisal systems, facilitate feedback
processes, and support employee development plans.
Skills
Employee Relations Skills: Proven ability to handle employee relations issues with fairness and professionalism.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
