Job Description
Primary Task: To offer full administrative support, oversee office operations, and guarantee the seamless and effective execution of daily tasks, all while fostering a productive and happy work environment for all staff members and guests at our Chennai office.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, making sure the space is tidy, well-organised, and presents itself professionally.
Manage visitor registration, distribute passes, and offer support as needed to guarantee that every visitor has a productive and comfortable stay.
Help in the creation of formal papers such as spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
When necessary, record meeting minutes and
make sure attendees receive them on time.
Recognise and encourage adherence to local labour rules when it comes to office operations.
Required Abilities:
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proactive, resourceful, and a strong problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.
Customer-service oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
