Job Summary:
The Admin & Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring effective administrative support, and managing the end-to-end payroll process for all employees. This role requires handling employee records, statutory compliance, salary processing, and addressing payroll-related queries. The position also ensures smooth coordination of office management activities, vendor relations, and legal documentation while maintaining confidentiality
and adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination
2. Maintain office supplies, assets, and ensure smooth functioning of office administration
3. Supervise administrative staff and assign duties
4. Handle company documentation, records, and legal compliance
5. Manage travel, meetings, and event coordination.
6. Process monthly payroll on time with accuracy
7. Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure proper deductions
8. Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax
9.Prepare salary reports, payslips, and coordinate with finance for disbursement
10. File payroll-related statutory returns and liaise with authorities
