Job Description
As the backbone of the office, the administrative executive is in charge of organizing day-to-day activities and making sure that every employee has a smooth working environment. Your responsibilities include executive support, vendor coordination, and facilities management. When it comes to office supplies, equipment, and administrative issues, you are the "go-to" guy. A highly organized multitasker with a "service-oriented" mindset who can handle everything from complicated travel schedules and facilities maintenance to front desk operations is the ideal applicant.

Responsibilities
Facility Management: Keep an eye on the daily maintenance of the office space, making sure that the common areas, conference rooms, and workstations are tidy, functional, and well-maintained.
Vendor and AMC Management: Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts for office equipment, such as air conditioners and printers; coordinate with outside vendors for services like security, catering, and housekeeping.
Procurement & Inventory: Oversee the acquisition of housekeeping supplies, pantry items,

and office stationery, guaranteeing economical sourcing and ideal stock levels.
Front Desk & Guest Relations: Manage incoming calls and mail, keep an eye on the reception area, and make sure clients and guests are greeted professionally.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange both domestic and international travel, including arranging flights, making hotel reservations, and obtaining management and staff visas.
Asset Management: Keep a thorough inventory of office supplies and oversee the distribution and return procedures for staff members.

Skills:
Organizational excellence is the capacity to manage deadlines and prioritize several activities in a hectic setting.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities to engage with all stakeholders.
