Job Description

What you’ll Do:
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
Establish and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, considering time zone differences and local logistics.
Provide
comprehensive administrative support to various departments and teams within the Chennai office.
Assist with the planning and coordination of office events and activities within Chennai.
What you need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Tamil.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all administrative tasks.
