Job Description
Responsibilities
Ensure a professional and comfortable working environment by supervising the general maintenance, cleanliness, and arrangement of the Chennai office space.
Handle incoming calls by either taking correct messages or referring them to the right person.
Oversee petty cash transactions, keep thorough records, and create expense reports that may be submitted and reconciled.
As needed, assist HR with routine administrative duties like scheduling interviews or keeping
track of attendance.
Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive data.
Skills
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or expense management.
Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management.
Familiarity with HR administrative processes.
