Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling data efficiently, and supporting daily operational activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Correct errors and maintain data quality standards
Manage and organize digital and physical records
Prepare basic reports and summaries as required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy
Follow
data security and confidentiality policies
Required Skills:
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of data validation and reporting
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Diploma / Higher Secondary
1–3 years of relevant data entry experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP or internal database systems
Basic knowledge of Excel formulas
