Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-focused Senior Data Entry Operator with 4–6 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume data entry tasks, ensure data accuracy, and support process improvements while coordinating with internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
Review, verify, and validate data to ensure quality standards
Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors
Maintain and manage databases, records, and documentation
Prepare and generate detailed reports and summaries
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data updates
Support process improvements and data management best practices
Train
or guide junior data entry staff when required
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Required Skills:
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas), MS Word, and email
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Diploma / Higher Secondary
4–6 years of relevant data entry or back-office experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP / CRM systems
Basic team-handling or mentoring experience
