HR Executive Engage on Important HR Responsibilities
Job Description
Duties:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes finding applicants through job portals and LinkedIn, doing preliminary screenings, and setting up department head interviews.
Onboarding & Induction: Create and carry out orientation programs to assist new hires in understanding their duties and responsibilities as well as assimilating into the company culture.
Employee Records Management: Ensure that all paperwork (contracts, identification documents, and performance reviews) is secure and compliant by keeping up-to-date both digital and physical employee files.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Help with monthly payroll processing, leave and attendance monitoring, and overseeing employee benefits like provident funds and health insurance.
Performance Management: Assist managers in recording comments and determining
training requirements by coordinating the annual and semi-annual performance review cycles.
Employee Engagement: To raise spirits and create a positive work atmosphere, plan health initiatives, town halls, and team-building exercises.
Focus Skills:
Interpersonal Excellence: The capacity to establish comfortable working relationships with staff members at all levels while upholding professional limits.
Knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Workday, or Zoho People is a prerequisite for HRIS proficiency.
Conflict resolution: The ability to handle delicate workplace situations through effective mediation and negotiation.
Knowledge of regulations: thorough familiarity with payroll taxes, the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act, and local labor laws.
