Operational coordination is the process of scheduling meetings, managing schedules, and responding to mail in order to guarantee smooth communication and a well-organised workflow for teams and executives.
Resource management is keeping our physical environment well-equipped and productive by managing vendor relationships and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Documentation & Filing: Accurately and discreetly creating, arranging, and preserving significant records, reports, and digital assets.
Travel
and Event Planning: Organising personnel travel, lodging, and itineraries; helping to organise and carry out meetings and activities for the company.
First-Point of Contact: Acting as the polite and professional initial point of contact for internal employees, clients, and guests both in person and over the phone.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Location: In And Around Chennai
