Job Description
The backbone of the office is the administrative executive, who is in charge of making sure daily activities run smoothly and upholding a polished workplace. This position include overseeing office space, liaising with suppliers, organizing purchases, and providing administrative support to different departments. A highly organized multitasker who can control staff logistics and office maintenance in addition to front desk operations is the ideal candidate. As an administrative executive, you will be the main point of contact for both internal employees and outside guests, making sure that the workplace stays productive, secure, and friendly.
Key Duties:
Facility Management: To guarantee a suitable working environment, oversee the maintenance of office spaces, including repairs, cleaning services, and workstations.
/>Vendor & Contract Management: Find, negotiate, and oversee connections with suppliers of utility services, office supplies, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Procurement & Inventory: Process invoices, handle petty cash, and preserve an ideal supply of office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
Front Office & Guest Relations: Oversee the reception area, answer incoming calls and mail, and make sure that customers and guests have a professional experience.
Compliance & Safety: Make sure the office complies with health and safety laws, such as those pertaining to first-aid kit upkeep and fire safety drills.
Event Coordination: Help plan company gatherings, employee engagement initiatives, and internal meetings.
