Job Description
Primary Task: Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office, supporting various departments and projects.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
Assist in the preparation of reports,
presentations, and other documents.
Required Abilities:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
