Responsibilities
Oversee and keep up with office supplies, tools, and infrastructure.
Manage courier services, delivery, and incoming and outgoing mail.
Arrange and plan appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Create and disseminate reports, presentations, letters, and other materials.
Act as the main point of contact for visits, emails, and phone
calls.
Help with organising and carrying out conferences, meetings, and events for the company.
