Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chennai office, ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and functional workspace. This includes managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and team members, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports. Manage filing
systems (both physical and digital) and ensure data accuracy.
Facility Management: Oversee basic facility maintenance and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upkeep. Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of internal company events and meetings.
Qualification:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and preferably Tamil.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
