Job Description
Responsibilities:
Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the office to maintain a tidy, orderly, and polished workplace.
Vendor Management: Communicate with and oversee service providers, such as utilities, cleaning, security, courier services, and maintenance contractors.
Data management: Help with data entry, report compilation, and management presentation preparation.
Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format memos, internal communications, and formal papers.
Event Planning: Help organize and carry out staff get-togethers, team meetings, and internal company events.
/>Onboarding/Offboarding: Help the HR division with the administrative facets of hiring new employees.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
