Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Duties:
Front Office Management: Manage the reception area, including incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, call routing, and guest hospitality.
Supply Chain: Keep track of office supplies, food items, and cleaning supplies; start purchasing as necessary.
Vendor Liaison: Locate, bargain with, and oversee connections
with outside suppliers.
Asset tracking: Keep an up-to-date list of office supplies and oversee how they are distributed to staff members.
Travel Desk: Oversee senior management and staff travel reservations, including airfare, lodging, and local transportation.
Events & Logistics: Plan town halls, holiday celebrations, and internal workplace events, handling everything from seating arrangements to refreshments.
