Your Duties:
Facility Management: Take charge of maintaining the office space, making sure that all utilities are operational, safe, and clean.
Vendor Management: Find, bargain with, and oversee AMC suppliers for security, housekeeping, and office supplies.
Procurement & Inventory: Keep meticulous inventory records while overseeing the distribution and acquisition of office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
Front Desk & Visitor Management: Oversee call routing, courier management, and the courteous treatment of visitors and clients.
trips & Stay Coordination: Plan employees' domestic and foreign trips,
including reservations for flights, lodging, visa processing, and taxi services.
Event Coordination: Help organize and carry out meetings, employee engagement initiatives, and internal business events.
Asset tracking: Keep an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and oversee the process of assigning and returning them.
