What You will do:
Oversee Daily Operations: You will be in charge of the office's daily administrative tasks, making sure that everything is tidy, orderly, and professional.
Be the organiser: You will plan meetings, organise schedules, make travel plans, and react to senior management's correspondence.
Simplify Procedures: To make sure we
have all the materials and services we need, you will be in charge of office procurement, vendor relations, and inventory control.
Serve as the initial point of contact by professionally answering incoming calls and guiding guests to the right person or division.
Provide Essential Support: As needed, you will help with data entry, HR administration, and other crucial administrative duties, making sure that all records are correct and current.
