Your Duties:
Facility Management: Coordinate with housekeeping and security personnel to oversee the maintenance of the office space, making sure that it is hygienic, secure, and operational.
Vendor & Procurement Management: Oversee the acquisition of office equipment and supplies and maintain connections with outside vendors (AMC providers, stationery suppliers, couriers).
Travel & Logistics: Organize employees' local and foreign travel plans, including booking flights, lodging, and obtaining visas.
Documentation & file: Ensure that contracts, legal documents, and administrative records are readily
accessible by maintaining both digital and physical file systems.
Event Coordination: Help plan town halls, internal meetings, and employee engagement events (off-site events, festivals, and birthdays).
Manage the office's petty cash records, process utility bills, and keep tabs on administrative costs.
