Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Maintain stock levels by initiating procurement requests and overseeing the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and stationery.
Work with suppliers, service providers, and facility management to plan upkeep, repairs, security, and cleaning services.
Take care of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail
sorting, professional email writing, and document preparation.
Establish and maintain efficient physical and electronic filing systems for documents, records, and reports to guarantee confidentiality and ease of retrieval.
Assist with the administrative facets of the employment lifecycle, such as preparing paperwork for new hires or managing exit documents.
Manage leave requests and monitor employee attendance.
