Your Duties:
Facility Management: Manage the upkeep and repair of office buildings, including safety inspections, cleaning services, and repairs.
Vendor & Contract Management: Locate and bargain with suppliers of office supplies, utility services, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts); keep a directory of trustworthy service providers.
Procurement and Inventory: Oversee the acquisition and delivery of equipment, office supplies, and pantry items; monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
Front Office & Guest Relations: Oversee front desk operations, plan guest travel and lodging, and oversee conference
room scheduling.
Event Coordination: Plan meetings, town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and internal business events.
Security & Compliance: Maintain adherence to local fire and safety laws, oversee access control systems, and make sure office security procedures are implemented.
