Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Facility Management: To guarantee a suitable working environment, oversee the maintenance of office spaces, including repairs, cleaning services, and workstations.
Vendor management entails finding, negotiating, and maintaining connections with suppliers of utilities services, office supplies, and AMC.
Inventory: Process invoices, handle petty cash, and preserve an ideal supply of office supplies, food items, and cleaning supplies.
Logistics: Organize staff travel plans and oversee the company's fleet of cars or transportation services.
Front Office & Guest Relations: Oversee the reception area, answer incoming calls and mail, and make sure that customers and guests have a professional experience.
Compliance & Safety:
Make sure the office complies with health and safety laws, such as those pertaining to first-aid kit upkeep and fire safety drills.
Asset Management: Keep a thorough inventory of the company's assets and oversee their distribution and upkeep.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
