Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the inventory of office supplies, including placing orders, keeping supplies stocked, and distributing them to different departments.
Respond appropriately to general questions by phone, email, and in person, rerouting as needed or provide correct information.
Help in formatting and creating a variety of documents, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite
/>Oversee meeting room reservations, making sure the space is equipped with the required supplies and beverages.
Help with the onboarding of new hires by setting up workspaces and providing the required administrative materials.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
