Job Description
Responsibilities:
To guarantee a productive and easy working atmosphere, supervise day-to-day office operations.
Oversee and keep track of the office supply inventory, making sure that there are enough supplies on hand and placing orders on schedule.
Oversee the reception area and make sure it is neat and appealing.
Oversee venue reservations, food, and setup for business gatherings, seminars, and meetings.
Send administrative service vendor invoices for payment after processing them.
Help in creating agendas for meetings and
taking minutes when needed.
