Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, and phone calls.
Create and maintain well-organised physical and electronic filing systems to guarantee that information is easily accessible.
Plan and organise team member meetings, appointments, and travel while taking local logistics and time zone variances into account.
Offer all-encompassing administrative assistance to different teams and departments at the Chennai office.
Help with organising and coordinating office activities and events in Chennai.
/>Skills:
Outstanding communication abilities in both written and spoken English, with a preference for Tamil.
strong experience with office management software and mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
the capacity to oversee and manage several tasks at once.
a high level of precision and meticulousness in all administrative duties.
