Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain office equipment and supplies, making sure that there are enough supplies on hand and arranging for any necessary repairs or replacements.
Manage phone calls, greet guests, and take care of mail and courier services as part of your front desk responsibilities.
Organise and plan conferences, appointments, and meeting spaces.
Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and other publications.
Oversee trip plans, including making reservations for lodging, flights, and transportation.
/>Organise and maintain both electronic and physical office records and files.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
