Admin Executive needed for Office Operations
Job Description
To support our team and keep our office running well, we need an administrative executive who is proactive and extremely well-organised. Maintaining a productive and effective work environment depends on this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a tidy and functional workspace.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support such as
scheduling meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports.
Communication & Coordination: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail, and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of important documents and information.
