Your Duties:
Office Management: Keep an eye on the day-to-day activities of the office and make sure the physical environment is hygienic, secure, and operational.
Procurement & Inventory: Maintain cost-effective budgets while overseeing the acquisition and stock levels of stationery, office supplies, and pantry products.
trip & Logistics: Take care of staff trip reservations and oversee local transportation or corporate guest house arrangements.
Front Desk & Visitor Management: Make sure that incoming calls and guests are handled professionally, and maintain the reception area to uphold the company's reputation.
/>Documentation & Records: Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, keep up with digital and physical filing systems, and perform simple data entry for administrative costs.
Meeting Coordination: Plan meeting times, arrange refreshments for business gatherings, and help with agenda or minute preparation as needed.
