What You will do:
Oversee Daily Operations: You will be in charge of the office's daily administrative tasks, making sure that the workspace is tidy, orderly, and professional.
Be the Organiser: You will oversee schedules, plan meetings, make travel plans, and reply to top management's correspondence.
Simplify Procedures: To make sure we have
all the products and services we need, you will be in charge of office procurement, vendor interactions, and inventory management.
Be the First Point of Contact: You will professionally answer incoming calls and direct guests to the relevant department or individual.
Provide Crucial Support: You will help with data entry, HR administration, and other important administrative duties as needed, making sure that all records are correct and current.
