Admin Executive Sustain calm Operation
Job Description
Duties:
Facility Management: Take charge of maintaining the office space, making sure that everyone can work in a hygienic, secure, and productive setting.
Vendor & Procurement Management: Find trustworthy suppliers for AMC, office supplies, and pantry goods; oversee discussions and prompt payments.
Front Desk & Guest Relations: Oversee front desk operations, such as managing visitors, relaying calls, and managing incoming and outgoing couriers.
Travel & Stay Coordination: Oversee executive leadership and staff travel reservations, visa processing, and hotel accommodations.
Inventory control: Keep thorough records of stationery and office supplies, making sure that supplies are restocked without going overboard.
Event Planning: Oversee the whole planning process for business events, employee engagement

initiatives, and internal company meetings.
Compliance & Safety: Make sure the office complies with health and safety laws, such as those pertaining to first aid kit upkeep and fire safety drills.

Focus Skills:
Time management and organization: The capacity to prioritize several things in a hectic setting without being distracted.
Communication: Skillful written and vocal communication for interacting with suppliers and staff at all levels.
Software literacy includes knowing the fundamentals of administration software and being proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Solving problems: A proactive strategy for fixing problems in the office, such as internet outages, electrical malfunctions, or plumbing problems.
