Your Duties:
Facility Management: Ensure that all utilities and equipment are operational while supervising the upkeep and cleanliness of the office space.
Vendor & Procurement Management: Locate and oversee outside suppliers. To guarantee cost-effective purchase, compare prices.
Oversight of the Front Office and Reception: Make sure the front desk runs smoothly by keeping track of incoming calls, visitor logs, and courier distribution.
Coordination of Travel and Logistics: Plan travel schedules, including reservations for flights, lodging, and processing management and staff visas.
Asset management: To avoid shortages or losses, keep a precise
inventory of office supplies and assets and conduct routine audits.
Event and Meeting Planning: Plan board meetings, town halls, and internal company events. This includes scheduling rooms and setting up the technology.
Document management: Keep up with both digital and physical file systems for contracts, insurance documents, and administrative records.
