Job Description
The chief coordinator in charge of ensuring the office environment runs well on a daily basis is the administrative executive. You are responsible for overseeing office supplies, managing facility operations, liaising with vendors, and making sure that every employee has a safe, orderly, and productive workplace. As the "backbone" of the office infrastructure, you strike a balance between exceptional hospitality and administrative efficiency. The ideal applicant is a proactive multitasker with excellent negotiating abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to remain composed while handling several facility-related objectives.

Responsibilities
Facility management is in charge of maintaining office space, including equipment upkeep, cleaning, and repairs.
Vendor & Contract Management: Find and work with outside suppliers for AMC, catering, and stationery services; negotiate contracts to guarantee affordability.
Inventory control: To guarantee zero downtime in office operations, keep an eye on and maintain ideal levels of stationery, pantry goods, and office supplies.

/>Front Office & Hospitality: Manage arriving and departing couriers, oversee reception activities, and plan staff and visitor travel.
Security & Safety: Verify that the office complies with safety regulations, such as those pertaining to fire safety exercises and the operation of CCTV and biometric access systems.
Expense management includes processing administrative bills, keeping track of petty cash, and creating monthly reports on the administrative budget.
Asset Management: Conduct regular physical audits and keep a thorough inventory of office supplies.

Skills:
Organizational Skills: Outstanding capacity to set priorities and oversee deadlines in a hectic setting.
Negotiation: Able to work with suppliers to obtain the best bargain without sacrificing quality.
Communication: Use clear written and spoken language when communicating with external partners and staff at all levels.
Software Proficiency: Basic understanding of ERP or administrative tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
